This animal was fed a diet of non-GMO (non-Genetically Modified Organism) feed. All our feed is locally milled by Bellflower Feed Mill in Bellflower, IL.

This animal was processed at a certified organic facility. We use Bittners Eureka Locker in Eureka, IL. All added ingredients are certified organic.

This animal was raised outside with unlimited access to sunlight and fresh green forage when in season. In winter, organic hay is available.

This product is from an animal that was fed a 100% grass and forage diet and never given any grain.

Raw products are sold in their original form without any heating or processing. This helps to preserve the enzymes, proteins, nutrients, and minerals.

These products contain organ meats. Ground pork items contain ground heart and kidney into the sausage.
